Here we go. I'm 58 today and this is day one for both of us.
You're not judging anything today. You're only looking, the way a stranger would if she walked in and had no idea which parts you chose and which parts simply arrived.
THE QUESTION
Do you actually love the life you have built? Not the calendar version. Not the one you describe at dinner parties. The real one, happening right now when nobody is watching.
THE QUEST
Walk through your home slowly, as though you have never seen it before. Notice what you love. Notice what you merely tolerate. Do not move anything. Just look.

🌅 Ten minutes of quiet before your phone
📓 Three pages of whatever falls out
🚶♀️ Ten minutes of moving, outside if you can
🌙 Ten minutes of quiet before bed
📵 Less news, less scrolling
