The Crone Stories
A Podcast

Where women's stories of transformation get told.

There is a season of life that nobody talks about enough.

The one where everything shifts. Your body. Your relationships. Your sense of who you are and what you want. The children leaving or the marriage changing or the career that no longer fits. The grief that arrives without warning. The wisdom that arrives alongside it.

Perimenopause. Menopause. The years that follow. The years that lead there.

These are not years to survive. They are years to understand.

The Crone Stories is a podcast where women share what this season has actually been like for them. The transformation they didn't expect. The grief they didn't name. The moment something cracked open and something better came through.

These are not cautionary tales. They are lanterns.

I hold space for each woman to tell her story — with warmth, with care, and with deep respect for everything she has carried.

The stories are already coming in. We launch soon.

Hosted by Karen Amy. Story keeper.

Episode one is my story. You will not want to miss it.

Do you have a story to share?

You do not need to be a podcaster. You do not need to be comfortable on a microphone. You do not need to have your story figured out before we talk.

If you are moving through perimenopause, menopause or the years beyond — and something in your life has shifted, cracked open, transformed or broken you a little and built you back better — I want to hear from you.

Here is how it works.

You fill in the form below and tell me a little about where you are and what you have been through. If it feels like a fit I will reach out and we will have a private conversation — just the two of us. You talk, I listen, I ask questions. That is it.

From that conversation I craft your story. You review it. You approve it. And then it goes out into the world as an episode of The Crone Stories — in your words, shaped with care, shared with women who need to hear exactly what you have been through.

Your voice without the pressure. Your story without the performance.

You just have to be willing to talk to me.

I read every single one. In love, light and laughter Karen
