I've moved my whole email home over to a new platform (Beehiiv, if you're curious), and I'm using this moment to do what I probably should have done a while ago: actually tell you what's coming, and give you a real choice about whether you want to be here for it.

Unearth Your Yes — a place for women who are done waiting for permission to live their own lives. Workshops, a keynote, eventually a book. All of it rooted in the one question I kept running from until I walked 800km across Spain alone at 50 to finally answer it.
The Crone Stories — a podcast where I sit with women and ask them the questions nobody else is asking. The ones about reinvention. About grief. About the particular kind of courage it takes to start over when you're old enough to know better.
Move Your Magic — restorative yoga and meditation on YouTube, for when your nervous system needs a friend.
This isn't a rebrand. It's more like finally saying the whole thing out loud, and unearthing my own yes. Instead of hiding and playing small in my own life.
