Day 11 was the list, and the numbers you put beside it. Go and look at the low ones.

Mine were dance and singing. So this week I signed up for three dance classes, three different styles, and I found a community choir that starts in September. Both were sitting right in the middle of my dream and neither one was anywhere in my week.

Not realistic, you told yourself. Not practical. Not anymore.

Where did that actually go?

THE QUESTION

What did you want to be, do, or see that you quietly decided was not for someone like you?

THE QUEST

Close the distance by one step today. Sign up for the lesson you have been circling for years, the painting class, the pottery wheel, the language, the singing. If you are not ready to sign up, research it properly. Find the place, the teacher, the date. If it was travel, get a map out and plan the trip, even roughly. If it was writing, write one paragraph about anything. If it was learning, buy the book or watch the first video or make the call. One step. Today.

  • 📓 Three pages of whatever falls out

  • 🚶‍♀️ Ten minutes of moving, outside if you can

  • 🌙 Ten minutes of quiet before bed

A STORY AND A SITTING

Lucy's story went out last Friday, and there is a sitting on setting boundaries to go with it.

In love, light and laughter,
