How did Day 1 go for you? The 4 extras are easy for me because it is my normal routine, after years of finding what works. I did hear the three pages was a bit tough for some of you. But the noticing, dam that was hard for me, plans changed so I had time to rip apart the house. We are busy right now so there has been a lot of clutter developing and since I knew what day 2 was, I will admit to going a bit beyond noticing and cleared out a couple of spaces.
We keep things we have outgrown because letting go feels like losing. It is not losing. It is making room for what is actually yours.
And most of the time it was never the object at all. It was the story attached to it.
THE QUESTION
What are you holding onto that stopped fitting a long time ago? In your home, in your wardrobe, in your life.
THE QUEST
Pick one drawer, one shelf, one corner, and clear it. Small is perfect. One bag out the door is enough. If something bigger wants to move, let it.
