A MOVEMENT FOR WOMEN OVER 40

Unearth Your Yes

For women who are done performing a life they did not consciously choose.

· · ·

This is where the real work happens. Words, guides, and a 21-day journey home to the woman you were before the world started telling you who to be.

· · ·

What it means to unearth your yes.

Most of us inherited our lives. From our parents, our culture, our relationships, our fears. We made choices that made sense to other people. We became competent at lives we never consciously chose.

Somewhere underneath all of that, your real yes is still there. The one that feels like expansion in your chest. The one that makes you lean forward. The one your body says before your brain can talk you out of it.

Unearthing your yes is not about burning your life down. It is not about a grand reinvention. It is about the slow, honest reckoning with what is actually yours and what was never really yours to begin with.

It is about remembering who you were before you became so good at being everything to everyone.

She is still in there. This work is how you find her.

· · ·

Who this is for.

She is the woman who looks fine. The one whose calendar is full and whose chest is tight. The one who can name everyone else's needs but goes quiet when asked what she wants.

She has done the books, the therapy, the journalling. She knows what is wrong. She is tired of knowing what is wrong.

She is ready to stop performing and start choosing. Not someday. Not when the kids are grown. Not when the mortgage is paid. Now.

If you have read this far, you are probably her.

WORKSHOPS

Live work, in a circle of women.

Some of this work belongs in a room. Or on a screen with other faces looking back. Sitting in a circle with other women who are doing the same honest reckoning — that is a different kind of medicine than anything you can do alone.

If you want to know when the next workshops are happening, live in person or online, leave your email below. I will write to you the day registration opens.

One email when the next workshop opens. Nothing else.

Is This Actually My Life?

Five questions for women who are ready to stop avoiding the answers.

These five questions are the ones that cracked me open. I did not find them in a book. I found them the hard way — over years of getting honest with myself about the gap between the life I was performing and the life I actually wanted.

They are not easy. They are not meant to be. There is no wrong answer. There is only an honest one.

Find a quiet corner. Make the tea. Turn off the notifications. This one is for you.
